Qualtech Engineering Ltd and Yalesystems ltd merge into UK Precision Ltd

Following the amalgamation of Qualtech Engineering Ltd and Yalesystems Ltd, the Directors are pleased to announce the new brand profile of UK PRECISION LTD for the combined companies. Following the merger in May 2007, the two companies have been going from strength to strength and this rebranding is the next logical step. The change is a part of our strategy to further develop the business and we look forward to continuing our relationship with our customers and suppliers for many years to come. We continue to build on the strengths and capabilities of the two sites and are in the process of adding new capacity in the form of extra shifts. We are also continuing to invest in new technologies and from May 2008 we will be able to offer Polygon Turning in addition to all our other high quality services.
