3D Modelling
3D Modelling allows UK Precision to perform product design work quickly with the latest version of Solidworks, the industry standard in 3D modelling software. We are able quickly and effectively to refine these models to our customers' requirements. This enables us to convert the dimensional data into actual components without the need to use conventional programming methods.
Models can be assembled and motion simulated, to ensure that individual products have the necessary clearance and structure for optimum performance.
By using our Edgecam software we have the ability to create a component directly from these models. This eliminates any sketching or dimensional errors. Our customers have been able to visualise the finished products and assemblies before we commence machining.
